High above the clouds, where darkness drowns
But I don't think the moon will waltz with me this life
So I'll just take dreams and place them back into the sky
Isn't that where stars live anyway
Soil was meant for bones, hopes for the Milky Way

So I'll just sit here and watch my blessings all burn down
I can hitch my wagon to fantasy
Isn't somewhere else a wonderful place to be

So I'll just throw diamonds into the ditch and call it done
